    Robert P. Welsh grew up in Wheeling, West Virginia. Before practicing law, Mr. Welsh provided emergency care to patients in the pre-hospital and Emergency - Trauma Department setting as a Nationally Registered Paramedic. In 1993, Mr. Welsh earned his law degree from West Virginia University, College of Law.     Since graduating from University of Dayton Law school in 1994, Kelly Elswick-Hall has enjoyed success due to her wide range of experience in several areas of the law giving her a unique knowledge base among her legal peers. In 2009, Kelly was awarded the President's Award from the West Virginia Association for Justice in recognition of her commitment to protecting the rights of West Virginia workers and their families. She is AV Preeminent Rated for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence by her peers. She has received awards from the Legal Aid Society of Charleston, for providing free legal work to low income clients.

    Kim grew up in Hinton, West Virginia before earning a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Literature from Hollins College with honors. In 2002, she received her law degree from West Virginia University, College of Law. Kim has extensive courtroom and mediation experience and has obtained million dollar verdicts for her clients. Recently, she fought and won a $5.5 million in excess health care contributions for employees of a local union.

    Clayton G. Anderson was born in Morgantown and raised in Southern West Virginia. In 1992, Clay earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Central Florida. He went on to pursue higher education by receiving his Master's degree in Public Policy and Government in 1994, as well as his Law degree in 1996, from Regent University. During his time at the Regent University School of Law, he served as a member of the Client Counseling and Dispute Resolution Board.

  • Roger A. Decanio

    Roger A. Decanio was born in Caracas, Venezuela and immigrated with his family to the United States at the age of five. He was raised in Charleston, West Virginia where he became a naturalized United States citizen. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Charleston in 1992. Roger has been with The Masters Law Firm since 2015. During that time, he has worked on property and home damage cases resulting from surface mine blasting and water runoff, subsidence damages to property caused by long wall mining and methane gas explosions caused by coal bed methane gas leaks. Additionally, Roger has experience managing cases with water contamination, toxic exposure and personal injury damages from the collapse of a runway expansion project at Yeager Airport.
